Patricia M. Kennard (McGurr)

Born March 2nd, 1957 and passed away December 23, 2021 from complications of COVID.

Patricia was employed by Tallmadge City Schools Transportation for 23 years.  The special needs driver of bus "32" and as Superintendent Steve Wood said "She was such a positive person who made you feel better every time you interacted with her."

She was preceded in death by her parents Ray and Olga and her late husband Kenneth Kennard.

She is survived by her soul mate of 34 years Butch Myers, her children Adam, Jason, and Megan.  The absolute loves of her life are her grandchildren McKayla, Adrianna, Levi, Aubrey, Joey, Bentley and Great Granddaughter Korah.  Her sisters Mary Elizabeth, Roseann and Sandi.  Many nieces and nephews, and countless great friends. 

We respectfully request that masks be worn due to the circumstances.

Memorial Mass will be at 11 am Thursday at Blessed Trinity Church, 300 E. Tallmadge Ave. Akron.  Friends will be received from 4 to 7 pm Wednesday at Hennessy Funeral Home (corner of York and Main) 552 N. Main St. Akron.
