Rose Musci Dain lived her entire life on the Hill but was worldly in many ways. Her passions included cooking, Cleveland sports and her family. Like a good Italian mother you never left her house hungry or without food for the trip home.
Born on January 16, 1924, to Frank and Cecilia Musci, Rose Dain passed away on July 29, 2021, in her home with Linda Ann, her daughter, by her side.
Preceded in death, Rose’s husband, Greeno, was her bowling coach and dancing partner for 42 years. She is survived by her daughter and caregiver, Linda Ann Arshinkoff, and preceded by Linda’s husband, Stephen Arshinkoff. She is also survived by her son Gary, and his wife Joy of Venice, Florida. Rose precedes her brother Larry Musci and his wife, Perrine. Rose will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, Amanda Hoggarth, Matthew Arshinkoff, Christopher (Rebecca)Dain, Patrick (Lara) Dain, and her six great-grandchildren.
A private burial was held at Holy Cross Cemetery.
Donations to The American Heart Association, Compassionate Care Hospice-Akron, Ohio, or the Alzheimer’s Association may be made.
