Obituary

Frances DeLuca, (nee Talarico), 84, died June 1, 2022. 

Upon graduation from Garfield High School, Frances worked at Ohio Bell.  She was an avid Homemaker.  Frances and Vic enjoyed winters in Marco Island, but their greatest joy was spending time with their grandchildren. 

Frances was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Vittorio DeLuca; parents, Pietro and Maria Talarico; sisters, Phyllis Stein, Susan Black; and brother, James Talarico.  Frances is survived by her daughters, Vickie (Jeff) Mobilian, Lisa (Jon) Hawes; grandchildren, Jennifer and Steven (Melanie) Hawes, Courtney (Kyle) Mason, Brooke, Julianne and Justin Mobilian; great-grandchildren, Tenley and Ellie Hawes; sister-in-law, Jennie Toth and many nephews and nieces. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 am Tuesday at St. Anthony Church, 83 Mosser Place, Akron.  Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.  Friends will be received from 4 to 7 pm Monday at Hennessy Funeral Home (corner of York and Main), 552 N. Main St. Akron.
