Dan DiDomenico, 72, passed away August 29, 2021. He is survived by his wife Denise; children Marissa (Patrick) and Jordan; grandchildren Wyatt, Levi, and Addie; brother David; sister Diane (Art); sister-in-law Lori; and extended family and many close friends.
Dan was born in Akron, OH to the late Albert and Angela DiDomenico. He was a proud, infamous brother of the Theta Chi fraternity. He had a decades-long career as a registered nurse in northeast Ohio. Dan loved to get together to play guitar with “Zeke and the Boys” and looked forward to a yearly fishing trip with his buddies. He loved his dog, Luca, who will miss eating half of Dan’s dinners. Always full of life, he was a tough guy with a soft heart. His love for his friends and family was only matched by the love he received back from them.
Dan’s family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Summa Akron City Hospital for their incredible compassion and care.
Calling hours will be held at Hennessy Funeral Home, 552 N Main St, from 3–7 pm this Friday, September 3.
