Virginia Hall, 95 years old, passed away January 5, 2021 from natural causes in Akron, Ohio.
Virginia was born in Uhrichsville, Ohio on March 27, 1925 and graduated from Uhrichsville High School where she met her husband to be, Carl Hall or Corky as she called him. She went to Ohio State University and graduated with a BSN in nursing. She went on to be an elementary school teacher and then received her Masters from the University of Akron in School Psychology. She worked in the Plain Local School district as a school psychologist until she retired. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, the Revere Road congregation. She served a health mission for her church to Western Samoa from 1975 to 1977.
She was an avid reader and genealogist who devoted many hours to those passions.
Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, Carl, who died in 1973. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Mary Robey.
She is survived by daughters; Carol (Ron) Rinehart, Ann McBrian and Susan Hall; 10 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren and brother Tom Lindsay Robey (Jean).
A family graveside service will be held Saturday, January 9th. A celebration of her life will be held at a later time.
